Happy July 4th!

Our Athletic Complex Project is starting to take shape. Excavation is almost complete as the contractor will be starting to lay sub-grade material next week. Press box repairs and the new entrance are on schedule. The new lights have been installed and that phase of the project will be complete in the next two weeks.

The construction project at Smithville Elementary School to build our new Wellness Center is underway!

Shout out to Magnum Construction for a job well done. New concrete and railing repair project at Smithville Elementary School is completed. Looks great!

One week in to construction and we are well on our way! This project will move quickly - can’t wait to see what it looks like in a couple of weeks!

Today, demolition began on the Chuck Schofield Memorial Stadium, which will include a new turf football field, a new 8-lane track, new bleachers, new entrance and tickets booths, new LED lighting, and turfed baseball and softball infields. Lastly, our entire Ritchie County Middle/High School campus and athletic complex will be paved.
