Ritchie County Schools Snow Day Status and Calendar Adjustment
**As of February 2, 2026**
Ritchie County has utilized the allowed 5 NTI days and 5 Inclement Weather "Snow Days" and will be adjusting the calendar as follows: Last Day of School for Students is now May 29, 2026.
May 28th and May 29th are now instructional days.
Ritchie County Schools Calendar is subject to change. We will keep you informed!

Ritchie County Middle School would like to remind students and parents that tomorrow January 20th through Thursday, January 22nd students will be taking the GSA Benchmark testing. This will measure their reading, writing and math skills. RCMS asked that you encourage your student to do their best and show off their skills.
