Our State Math Field Day is today, Saturday, the 22nd. We want to wish this nice young man well as he travels and competes in this state competition. Best of luck!

This camp takes place the week of July 10th-13th and 17th-20th. The time is from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm with breakfast and lunch provided. School busses will provide transportation. Look for the registration forms which will be sent home the week of April 11th.

Ritchie County High School Theatre will present the play "Peter Pan" May 12th and 13th. The theatre students are working hard on the play and would love to have you attend.

Mrs. Vaughan's Kindergarten class received a special visit from Josh Redwine, Meteorologist at WBOY. He even brought along his friend Snowbird! Be on the lookout for their class tonight, 3/23, on WBOY Channel 12 News!

Our Preschool students took part in a monster drawing project that they shared with the high school art class. Those students then did their own interpretation of the monster. It is pretty amazing to see the different versions of the monsters. Thanks to both teachers and students for working together.

No School for Students - Tomorrow, Friday, March 17th

2nd Graders at Smithville Elementary are in a study of the westward expansion. As you can tell the lesson is coming to life with their covered wagons. Students have been involved in journaling and participating in the Oregon Trail game activity as a class each day.
