Teen Issues Day was a huge success at RCHS. Students enjoyed a range of 20 different topics including recovery, resiliency, teen gambling, and dating violence to name just a few. A huge shout out goes to Pam Ward from the FRN for helping arrange our guest speakers.











College Trip #4 to Glenville State University is in the books! This wraps up our college tours for the 2022-23 school year.


Prom Tickets are now on sale! $10 per ticket and can be purchased during lunch. You must have paid your class dues in order to purchase a ticket.


Save the date for our high school theatre group’s presentation of Peter Pan. May 12th will have a 6:30 performance, followed by a second performance at 1:30 on May 13th. Please plan to come out and support this group and all of their hard work. Tickets will be sold at the door.


Heath Knight signed his Letter of Intent this evening to run Cross Country at Potomac State University. Congratulations, Heath!


Marissa Scott signed her Letter of Intent this evening for Acrobatics and Tumbling at West Liberty University. Congratulations, Marissa!


Friday, the 21st will be a professional learning day for teachers. School will not be in session for students.


Mrs. Lamp’s Travel WV class visited Adventures on the Gorge and completed the Treetops Ziplining Tour.

The ASVAB Test will be given to any interested student tomorrow, April 18th. Any student interested in taking the test will need to sign up in the office, if they have not already done so.

The deadline to order a 2022-2023 Yearbook has been extended until this Friday, April 14th. There will be NO extras ordered so don't miss out on getting yours!



The high school chorus, under the direction of Mr. James Flesher, performed for the Board of Education Tuesday night. They did an amazing job. We appreciate all the practice that went into their great performance. The singing was wonderful!

Today is the last day to complete the Parent/Caregiver Survey if you haven't already.
