Save the date for our Academic Learning Camp. Students in grades Preschool through 8 are invited to register and attend. This camp takes place the week of June 12th through July 7th at the schools. The time is from 8:00 am - 1:30 pm with breakfast and lunch provided. School busses will provide transportation. Look for the registration forms which will be sent home the week of April 11th.
Save the date for our Outdoor Recreation Day-Camp at North Bend State Park. Students in grades 2 through 8 are invited to register and attend. This camp takes place the week of July 10th-13th and 17th-20th. The time is from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm with breakfast and lunch provided. School busses will provide transportation. Look for the registration forms which will be sent home the week of April 11th.

Ritchie County High School Theatre will present the play "Peter Pan" May 12th and 13th. The theatre students are working hard on the play and would love to have you attend.

It’s Registration Time. If you know of a preschool or kindergarten age child you may now sign up for our registration days. Please call 304-643-2991, Ext. 110 for an appointment. All registration will take place at the Ritchie County Board of Education building.

Creed Collins Elementary Annual spelling bee will be held next Wednesday, March 8th at 1:00pm in the CCES gym. Information will be sent home with the contestants chosen from each class(1st-4th grades) to compete by the end of the week. Winners of the school spelling bee will advance to the county bee, which is scheduled for March 28th. Good luck to all of the contestants!
Congratulations to our 4th grader on earning a 2nd place finish in the regional math field day. We are so proud of you! Best of luck in the state competition! He will compete on the 14th of April.
