Ritchie County hosted their annual Spelling Bee Wednesday evening. These young scholars did an amazing job! We would like to congratulate all of these children for being the spelling bee winners for their school. We also want to congratulate our county winners on a job well done.






Students from Ritchie County participated in the Regional Math Field Day at WVU Parkersburg on Monday. What a great group of students! They put forth their very best effort and came away with two students placing as alternates to go to the State Math Field Day Competition. Congratulations to all of these students for winning the local competition and earning the privilege to compete for our county.

Mrs. Jones' class is jumping right into Amplify by learning about various insects. They had a special surprise from a parent yesterday in class. Jumping beans!

Please make sure that your student is on time, has eaten breakfast(or plans to at school), and is well rested for this very important test. The students and their teachers have worked very hard preparing, and we would like to wish all of the Cardinal students good luck on their test!
