Holiday Spirit Week will continue as planned and the dress-up days will remain the same for the rest of the week! Here’s the lineup: ❄️ Wednesday: Wear blue or white 🎅 Thursday: Wear red or green 🧣 Friday: Wear a warm, cozy outfit(a great day to wear PJs since we missed school Monday!)

🎄✨ December is here, and it’s one of our favorite months at CCES! ✨🎄 We’ve attached our December Monthly Newsletter, Lunch Menu, and Holiday Spirit Week Schedule so families can stay up to date on all the fun and important events happening this month. December is always a busy time, but it’s also filled with excitement, learning, and lots of holiday cheer! Please take a moment to look over the attachments so your student doesn’t miss out on any of the upcoming activities!

As the leaves change and the air turns crisp, Ritchie County Schools want to pause and express our sincere gratitude for the incredible partnership we share with you in educating your children.

Veterans Day is a time to express our deepest gratitude to all the brave men and women who have selflessly served in the various branches of the armed forces. Their dedication and sacrifices have been instrumental in safeguarding the freedoms and values that we hold dear. Whether they served on land, at sea, or in the air, each veteran has played a crucial role in shaping our nation's history and ensuring its security. As we honor their service, let us also remember the families who have supported them, often making significant sacrifices of their own.

To all veterans, thank you for your courage, commitment, and unwavering service to our country.

🎃 Pumpkin Decorating Contest Winners! 🎃 We’re excited to announce the winners of this year’s CCES Pumpkin Decorating Contest! 🏆 Mrs. Wood- 1st place Mrs. Jones- 2nd place All of the submissions were absolutely wonderful, and we look forward to this fun tradition every year.

🌟 Cozy for a Cause Day! 🌟 This Wednesday, November 5th, we’re getting cozy for a great cause! Students are invited to wear their pajamas to school with a $1 (or greater) donation. All proceeds will go toward supporting a local family in need. Let’s come together, stay comfy, and make a difference in our community! 💤💛

🎃 Last week, we had a special visit from PRO Officer Kat and her helper, Safety Pup! They shared important Halloween trick-or-treat safety tips with our students to make sure everyone has a safe and fun time. Each student received a reflective treat bag and some fun Halloween goodies to take home! 🎃🍬 A huge thank you to Officer Kat for taking the time to teach our little Cardinals how to stay safe while having fun this Halloween!

🎃👻 Don’t forget! The CCES Halloween Dance is tomorrow, Saturday, October 25th from 5:30–7:30 PM! 🕺💃 Admission is $5 per student, which includes a snack pack with a pepperoni roll, chips, and a drink. There will be prizes, music, and lots of spooky fun! 🍬🎶 Please remember — school rules apply, no cell phones are permitted, and all students must have an adult chaperone attend with them. We can’t wait to see all of our Cardinals dressed up and ready for a fun night! 🧡🕷️

Come out Friday October 24th and Support our 15th ranked Football team against St. Marys! Fill the Stands! Be the 12th Man! Pack that Stadium!
