5th 6 weeks award ceremony winners!

Each year, a Teacher and Service Personnel are chosen to represent our school to be considered for the Ritchie County Teacher and Service Personnel of the year. This year CCES's two nominees are: Mrs. Jones and Mrs. Sellers.
Please join us in celebrating Mrs. Jones, one of our outstanding 2nd-grade teachers, who has been named Creed Collins Teacher of the Year! Mrs. Jones is a true asset to our school, always going above and beyond to create a fun, supportive, and inspiring environment for her students. Her dedication to making learning enjoyable and her involvement in so many behind-the-scenes activities are just a few reasons she deserves this recognition!
Mrs. Sellers, our Service Personnel of the Year, a dedicated first-grade aide, Mrs. Sellers works to ensure our school runs smoothly and is a team player inside and outside of the class room. From helping keep the school tidy, to jumping in wherever needed, her hard work and dedication are truly appreciated.
We are so grateful for both of these incredible individuals and all they do for our school community!

March 26th Penny war totals
Reminder tomorrow is the last day!!

March 25th penny war update

Penny war update March 24th

Next week, the PTO is hosting a Penny War at Creed Collins Elementary! Every homeroom class will be participating, and it's all about collecting pennies to boost your class’s total.
Here’s how it works:
Pennies add to your class's total.
Silver coins (nickels, dimes, quarters) or dollars subtract from your total and can be placed in other classes' jars.
For example, if you drop $1 in quarters into another class’s jar, that takes away $1 in pennies from their total.
The class with the most pennies at the end of the week wins a pizza party, sponsored by the PTO!
Make sure to fill your class’s jar with pennies and keep the silver coins away from other classes! Let’s make this a fun competition!
