Question: How do I download an app on my student's iPad?
Answer: Apps are pushed and removed to the iPad from a central program. Teachers are able to requests apps that are needed for their classroom.
Question: Student does not know their username or passwords for their programs.
Answer: Classroom teachers have a list of username and passwords. They will forward questions that they are unable to answer to the technology team.
Question: Student did not receive a device.
Answer: Devices are able to be picked up from the student's school with a signed user agreement form. Click on correct grade K-8 9-12
Question: How do I contact my student's teacher?
Answer: Livegrades will be the primary contact. Teacher's will be able to receive phone messages that they will respond to during working hours. Teacher's hone extensions can be found under the school link above.
Question: I need to login to the captive portal.
Answer: Close out all open apps by pushing the home button twice and then swiping up on all the little boxes. Go to Safari and open google.com Fill in the login information and hit authenicate. username: student password: rcs1
