Q. What are the School hours?
A. School hours are from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Mon-Fri. For normal school
hours Students may be dropped off no earlier than 7:30. Parents who wish
to pick up their children can sign them out in the cafeteria (and wait
for your child to be announced) In the event of Early dismissals or Late
arrivals please refer to our School Closing Resources.
Q. What is the principal’s name?
A. Our Principal is Mrs. Debbie White.
Q. What is the PTO? How can I join?
A. PTO is the Parent / Teacher Organization. You can see all the benefits and information on our CCES PTO page.
Q. Can I come to the Awards Assemblies that take place during school hours?
A. ABSOLUTELY! We welcome all parents to attend the Awards Ceremonies /
Assemblies that we have. Generally if your student is to be awarded a
special note will be sent home to inform you. We only ask that you sign
in at the office before heading to the gym.
Q. What is the procedure if my child is going to be Absent?
A. Please be sure to notify your child’s teacher beforehand (if it is a
scheduled absence), so that they can prepare missed assignment to send
home. If it is not a planned absence, please send in a written excuse
with your child upon returning to school. If your child is absent for
three or more consecutive days, please obtain a doctor’s excuse.
